The COABE 2024 national conference will be held at the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in the destination city of Nashville, TN! We invite you to enjoy the world’s largest adult education conference where you will access new best practices and receive targeted training from national level speakers. 15 strands, comprised of almost 500 break out sessions will be offered over 3 ½ days, providing valuable, state-of-the-art training that you will be able to take back to your adult education program!

(Regular rates below are good until March 1st)

Non-Member – $775.00
Adult Learner* – Free (Register HERE)
* Adult learner encompasses alumni of adult ed programs (up to 5 years from graduation) and current students receiving services as follows:  High School equivalency, ESL, digital skills, and workforce readiness skills delivered by a COABE affiliated local program. 

Pre-conference Registration Rates

(Held on March 17th)

Half Day (8:30-11:30am or 12:30-3:30pm) – $75.00
Full Day (8:30am-3:30pm) – $150.00
Lunch (11:30am-12:30pm) – *$35.00

*Lunch is included in the purchase of a full-day or 2 half-day sessions.

COABE offers mini grants to defray the cost of attending the COABE 2024 national conference. Applications for mini grant funds may be completed by members with current membership with a demonstrated need for partial funds to offset conference registration. Each mini grant is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and limited funding is available. We currently have a waiting list. Email info@coabe.org to be added.

Additional booths are $1,000 each.

Price for single or multiple booths increases $100 per booth after February 14, 2024 (depending on availability).
