Some jobs will be filled by those currently on a post-secondary track or by those who can easily be retrained and provided with a new skill set. However, we must expand our focus to the often ignored, but essential, lower-skilled workers in order to meet future demand and ensure that all adults can participate in the economy and contribute to society.
