COABE Award, Incentive Grant, and Scholarship Winners announced

COABE congratulates this year's award, incentive grant, and scholarship winners!

Award winners were honored at a special awards banquet held in their honor at the COABE/ProLiteracy joint conference in Chicago, IL in March 2010. Winners received $1,650 stipends and complimentary conference registration and successful nominators received complimentary registration.
